​Our breakfast: an awakening of flavours and tradition 

​At Maison du Sucre, every morning begins with a special moment: breakfast, designed to pamper you by offering you a sweet awakening filled with flavour of local products. A rich and varied buffet is there to satisfy every palate: from artisanal and homemade desserts to savoury options made with local and genuine ingredients. Soft cakes, fragrant bread, local cheeses, traditional cured meats and fresh fruit are just some of the delights that make up our breakfast.

Everything is served in a truly unique setting: the house's former stable, expertly restored, with its red brick vaults, original stone walls, and wooden furnishings that blend the warmth of tradition with modern and colourful touches creating a vibrant and enveloping atmosphere. 

​Let yourself be captivated by the authentic flavours and aromas of the Aosta Valley, in a space that tells the story of the place and welcomes you with simplicity and refinement. At Maison du Sucre, the day begins with the simplicity of good things. We are attentive to all our guests' dietary needs, therefore for those with specific allergies or intolerances, customized breakfast can be prepared upon advance notice.

In the breakfast room, you'll also find a colourful reading corner and a small buffet, where you can relax at any time of day with a delicious coffee or herbal tea and homemade pastries accompanied by pleasant background music. Breakfast is served every morning from 8:30 to 10:30. Room service is not available.  Breakfast can be anticipated to no earlier than 7:45 upon request
